BLACK MAN'S TROJAN HORSE     This is one of the most profound messages that can be put out to the public. My respect for Lloyd Marcus is great. He is truly an American Patriot! If a white person would have said what he says here, I would expect a backlash from the media and others. I agree with his sentiments and statements. I would ask you to read it and forward it; unless you don't agree with his analysis. Despite our screaming "no" from the rooftops, they forced Obamacare down our throats. Please forgive me for using the following crude saying, but it is very appropriate to describe what has happened. "Don't urinate on me and tell me it's raining." Democrats say their mission is to give all Americans health care. The democrats are lying. Signing Obamacare into law against our will and the Constitution is tyranny and step one of their hideous goal of having as many Americans as possible dependent on government, thus controlling our lives and fulfilling Obama's promise to fundamentally transform America.    I keep asking myself. How did our government move so far from the normal procedures of getting things done?  Could a white president have so successfully pulled off shredding the Constitution to further his agenda?  I think not.    Ironically, proving America is completely the opposite of the evil racist country they relentlessly accuse her of being, progressives used America's goodness, guilt and sense of fair play against her.  In their quest to destroy America as we know it, progressives borrowed a brilliant scheme from Greek mythology. They offered America a modern day Trojan Horse, a beautifully crafted golden shiny new black man as a presidential candidate.  Democrat Joe Biden lauded Obama as the first clean and articulate African American candidate.  Democrat Harry Reid said Obama only uses a black dialect when he wants.    White America relished the opportunity to vote for a black man naively believing they would never suffer the pain of being called racist again.  Black Americans viewed casting their vote for Obama as the ultimate Affirmative Action for America's sins of the past.   Then there were the entitlement loser voters who said, "I'm votin' for the black dude who promises to take from those rich SOBs and give to me."    Just as the deceived Trojans dragged the beautifully crafted Trojan Horse into Troy as a symbol of their victory, deceived Americans embraced the progressive's young, handsome, articulate and so called moderate black presidential candidate as a symbol of their liberation from accusation of being a racist nation.  Also like the Trojan Horse, Obama was filled with the enemy hiding inside.    Sunday, March 21, 2010, a secret door opened in Obama, the shiny golden black man. A raging army of democrats charged out.  Without mercy, they began their vicious bloody slaughter of every value, freedom and institution we Americans hold dear; launching the end of America as we know it.    Wielding swords of votes reeking with the putrid odor of back door deals, the democrats landed a severe death blow to America and individual rights by passing Obamacare.    The mainstream liberal media has been relentlessly badgering the Tea Party movement with accusations of racism.  Because I am a black tea party patriot, I am bombarded with interviewers asking me the same veiled question.  "Why are you siding with these white racists against America's first African American president?"  I defend my fellow patriots who are white stating, These patriots do not give a hoot about Obama's skin color.  They simply love their country and oppose his radical agenda.  Obama's race is not an issue."    Recently, I have come to believe that perhaps I am wrong about Obama's race not being an issue.  In reality, Obama's presidency has everything to do with racism, but not from the Tea Party movement.  Progressives and Obama have exploited his race from the rookie senator's virtually unchallenged presidential campaign to his unprecedented bullying of America into Obamacare. Obama's race trumped all normal media scrutiny of him as a presidential candidate and most recently even the Constitution of the United States.  Obamacare forces all Americans to purchase health care which is clearly unconstitutional.    No white president could get away with boldly and arrogantly thwarting the will of the American people and ignoring laws.  President Clinton tried universal health care.  Bush tried social security reform. The American people said "No" to both presidents' proposals and it was the end of it. So how can Obama get away with giving the American people "the finger?"  The answer:  He is black.    The mainstream liberal media continues to portray all who oppose Obama in any way as racist.  Despite a list of failed policies, overreaches into the private sector, violations of the Constitution and planned destructive legislation too numerous to mention in this article, many Americans are still fearful of criticizing our first black president.  Incredible.    My fellow Americans, you must not continue to allow yourselves to be "played" and intimidated by Obama's race or the historical context of his presidency.  If we are to save America , the greatest nation on the planet, Obama's actions must be thwarted.    SHARE THIS WITH AMERICA!

IRS, What is social welfare?

February 12, the total number of comments regarding IRS Reg-134417-13 ruling was 24,223 -- up from 23,334, an increase of 889 comments overnight.   I have no idea how many comments will stop the  IRS ruling. But one thing seems pretty clear: while this is yet another impressive jump upward, it may be too little too late.

 

Several things are working in the IRS favor.  One of them is a group of Senate Democrats, up for re-election and fearful of their position. They are urging the IRS to take more stringent measures. 

 

One of the paragraphs identifying the IRS Reg-134417-13 ruling states that "This document contains proposed regulations that provide guidance to tax-exempt social welfare organizations on political activities related to candidates that will not be considered to promote social welfare.

 

The IRS does not bother to explain why it has the authority to decide what the "social welfare" shall be.

 

If you ask what does the government -- i.e., politicians and bureaucrats -- believe promotes the "social welfare," they will chorus that taking money from the earners and giving it to those who did not earn it is "social welfare." 

 

It is not social welfare to recognize the welfare and right of the earner to keep what he earns.

 

They will tell you that constructing for some a "poverty line" by government edict is social welfare. 

 

It is not social welfare to recognized the welfare of taxpayers that subsidize those below the politicians and bureaucrats' idea of poverty. 

 

They will tell you that forcing employers to pay salaries based on their say-so, is social welfare. 

 

It is not social welfare to recognize the welfare and property rights of the productive who provide the salaries.

 

In other words, anything politicians and bureaucrats do is social welfare.

 

Any private sector activity that calls for honest politicians and limited government, which protects all Americans is not social welfare.

 

Ergo, we have the notion that political activity of those Americans concerned with the welfare of our Republic does not promote "social welfare."

 

This point of view is ludicrous,  It is also a dangerous premise held by those bureaucrats and politicians who advocate passage of further restrictions on non-profits.

B. On February 13, the National Tea Party reported 40,247 members.  The growth continues.  One wonders why all 40,000 of them have not commented on the IRS ruling.  Perhaps the cause of indifference is the focus of its members.

 

On the same day, the NTP site posted an article, "McConnell provides key vote as Congress approves debt increase."  This title was followed by the remark;  "McConnell just sold out Conservatives."  I posted the following comment on the NTP site..

 

McConnell betrays conservatives?   How about every other American?  A lot of Americans do not consider themselves conservatives.   But they are for free markets, upholding the constitution and limiting government.

Today, the identity of "conservative" is as jumbled and confused as is the identity of "liberal."  Besides which it's self-defeating to make the effort to rein in government a solely conservative cause.  It is not. 

 

We have a 2014 election facing us. We must appeal to an electorate some of whom do not consider themselves conservatives. We are not going to make significant strides if we isolate ourselves into a camp that does not include all Americans.

 

It is more fruitful and more widely inviting if one names the principles that guide us -- such as individual rights, limited government and free markets.  Let the Retrogrades  (AKA "Progressives") yell about their totalitarian goals.  We must come together as Americans for freedom.

 

McConnell, in my judgement, is an careerist politician, an establishment Republican that must be voted out of office. There is a good possibility that he will be.

I should have added that McConnell's vote is a vote for bigger and less responsible government.  It is a vote against the welfare of all Americans.

 A movement has been started by veterans of our armed forces to get out the vote in 2014.

 They are organizing, but this can be done by all of us.  The President, the Commander in Chief, has made the Rules of Engagement (ROE) so difficult, that our troops are often killed before they can even get permission to fight.  Nothing has been done to stop our troops from being murdered by the Afghanis they are training, either.  Now, the President wants the US to sign on to the UNs International Criminal Court (ICC), which would allow the UN's ICC to arrest and try US troops for War Crimes, without the legal protections guaranteed under US Law, and from which there is no appeal.  The President, with his Democratic control of the Senate, has nearly all the power.  If the Non-Establishment Republicans, and Conservatives, can take back the Senate in 2014, our troops can once again be protected from unnecessary danger.  Please consider this, and send it on to your mailing lists.  Thank You.

Interestingly enough, when GWB was president you heard about the military deaths in Iraq and Afghanistan almost daily.  With Obama in the White House, the mainstream media has been strangely quiet. ---

 More than 1,000 American soldiers have lost their lives in Afghanistan in the last 27 months.  This is more than the combined total of the nine years before.  Thirty have died in August.  During the last month, over 50 additional NATO and US servicemen have been murdered, inside jobs by those who are hired to be a force for good in Afghanistan.

 The commander in chief is AWOL.  Not a peep, although he ordered the White House flag flown at half-staff for the Sikhs that were killed.  There is a deep disgust, a fury, growing in the ranks of the military against the indifferent incompetence of this president.

It has taken on a dangerous tone.  No one knows what to do about him, but the anger runs deep as the deaths continue with no strategic end in sight to the idiocy of this war.  Obama has had 4 years to end this futile insanity, during which time he has vacationed, golfed, campaigned, and generally ignored the plight of our men and women in uniform.  But, there is now a movement afoot in the armed services to launch a massive get out the vote drive against this president.

 Not just current active duty types, but the National Guard, Reserves, the retired, and all other prior service members.  This is no small special interest group, but many millions of veterans who can have an enormous impact on the outcome of the November election if they all respond.

 The one million military retirees in Florida alone could mean an overwhelming victory in that state if they all show up at the polls.  It might not keep another one hundred U.S. troops from dying between now and November, but a turn out to vote by the military against this heart breaking lack of leadership can make a powerful statement that hastens a change to the indifference of this shallow little man who just lets our soldiers die.

 Veterans: Please forward to as many people as possible.  High Priority!

America framed its government to elect representatives according to the directive in Exodus 18:21 which establishes is a constitutional republic. God established through Moses a framework of laws to govern their nation and then established the system of leaders to govern the people according to that law. So in America we have our Constitution, based on God's higher law....."laws of nature and of nature's God" which they also described as the Moral Law, is the framework to govern out nation. This law is higher than any elected officials, and is second only to the Bible upon which it is based.

These verses in Exodus 18 were cited by our Founders as the basis of our governing document, and has also been the subject of many influential sermons preached during the founding era.

America's republican form of government is derived from the Bible. But it can only be preserved if we as citizens know and heed the Biblical directives for choosing the right leaders at all levels, local, county, state, and federal.
